Most exhibit managers will send you a tradeshow manual, complete with order forms and deadline information. What is not in the manual, are all the other tasks related to tradeshow participation that need coordination between product managers, engineering, marketing and sales departments.

You may often need electricity, carpeting, drayage and booth cleaning. But what about the following:

  • Booth graphics for a new product
  • Show give-aways for a marketing promotion
  • Coordinated booth attire
  • Booth duty schedule for the sales force
  • Shipping crates for additional equipment
  • New product introduction coordination
